Back to listening to Portishead, Dntel, and Mogwai. Life is boring, nothing is getting better, and I'm increasingly finding myself thinking that Sandra's not the person I'm going to spend my life with. I don't see her holding a kid and asking "Isn't (s)he beautiful?" Instead, I see her holding the kid and asking if I love her yet.
I need to escape. At the very least, I need a break from Sandra and her family. I need some time to think about what I want, and if I really want Sandra. It just occurred to me how incredibly wrong our government has gone. I don't mean attacking Iraq. I don't mean being led by a monkey. I mean our laws. Someday, I'll turn the following rant into a passable essay and maybe make a difference with it.
Two hundred (and some math I don't feel like doing) years ago, when the rules for our country were being laid out, the idea of our government was to protect two fundamental rights of all people: the right to make choices for oneself, and the right to security (ie. not having one's posessions stolen).

- Since the ICC profile of their printers changes the saturation
and the brilliance of many color gradations, some imperfections
